We hope yours is one full of sunshine and tacos :) We’re back from a terrific Holiday break and have been slinging tacos through January like nobody’s business.

Earlier this month, Top Chef Canada’s Connie DeSousa gave us a call to see if we might be interested in participating in a Pop-up/Pot luck with her and her mentor John Jackson from CHARCUT Roast House in Calgary on January 26th with a plethora of other Canadian chefs, including Top Chef Canada’s Dale Mackay. Needless to say, our answer was an emphatic “YES!”

It’s now officially sold out and it’s gonna be AWESOME!

It was released coast-to-coast on October first. We have some of the best company we could ask for in this issue, including our friends and local wunderkinds led by Daniel Costa over at Corso32 and Connie and John over at CHARCUT Roast house in #YYC
